Designing complexity
into clarity.

Senior Lead Product Designer. Most recently, I led UX on the Gaming AI team at Xbox. I spend my days at the intersection of cognitive science and human centered design, helping teams turn complex technical systems into clear, accessible platforms that drive real business value.

Highlight Reels

Great gameplay moments are easy to miss and hard to turn into something worth sharing. I designed the player experience around an AI-powered capture system that finds key moments, stitches them into reels, and makes sharing feel effortless.

In-Game Assistant

Getting help should feel like part of the game, not a reason to leave it. I designed a player-controlled AI companion for Xbox that delivers contextual assistance in the flow of play, preserving immersion and helping players keep going.

One Accenture Park

New-hire onboarding should build confidence, not just deliver information. I designed immersive learning experiences for Accenture’s VR onboarding program, helping 100k+ new joiners rehearse real client moments across 32 geographies.

Trust Center

Privacy controls often make people work too hard to feel safe. I designed a modular Trust Center that gave 120M+ Xbox players clearer control over privacy, safety, and trust settings.

Gaming Support as a Service

Players need reliable support, but every game studio delivers it differently. I designed a flexible Xbox support system that scaled across studios and adapted to each brand and player need, lifting issue resolution by 21% while reducing support costs by 33%.

02 / About

The designer.

I thrive on untangling complexity. Drawing on my background in learning science and information design, my focus is always on turning highly technical and multilayered systems into clear, accessible, and highly useful digital experiences.

01Leadership Approach

I turn ambiguity into shared decision-making. I align product, engineering, research, and content around clear principles, then keep the team honest through prototypes, evidence, and trade-off conversations.

02UX + Product Philosophy

I believe strong product design starts with people, but earns its value through evidence. I use research, systems thinking, and iterative prototyping to define the right problem, reduce friction, and shape experiences that are useful, usable, and meaningful at scale.

03Prototyping Style

I like working close to the material. I use code, AI-assisted prototyping, and Figma as complementary tools, choosing the medium that makes the next decision easier for the team.
